By 'Cloud'/Service we are referring to the good(s)/digital good(s) that Nyrakon lists and may provide.
WHAT YOU MAY BE GIVEN AS A CONSUMER
- Limited access to a 'virtual machine' or 'container' that is using Nyrakon's physical server resources.
- Limited access to channel(s) regarding your usage of the service.
RESTRICTED USE
- Violate any laws or regulations in the USA or by any local jurisdictions in the USA via your use of the service in general, even if automated or by other means.
- Exploit the service for selfish use. (aka hogging resources so that nobody else may have any, via use of say alternative accounts)
- Intentionally perform any kind of scammy/spammy operation revolving third partie(s) via the service.
- Falsely report the service in any form, and any IP(s) or infrastructure/joint-infra revolving the service.
- Intentionally attack infrastructure aka the service itself by any means.
- Abuse the service in any form. Which includes (but not limited to):
- Distribute malware or carry out attack(s) using it
- Performing charge-backs on falsified or malicious reason(s)
- Intentionally leaving the provided product/solution insecure, or open to attacks.
- Using the service primarily at low-load which include(s):
- Using the service as a proxy (Unless paying)
- Using the service for hosting a bot (Unless paying)
- Long period of inactivity regarding a lack of interactions (that are not caused by you) between the product/solution, and third partie(s) regarding the product/solution given to you. (Unless paying)
- Suddenly cancelling plan & exiting, or avoiding payment, without prior notification before the plan ends or your next billing cycle.
- Impersonating Nyrakon, misrepresenting affiliation with Nyrakon, reselling or redistributing Nyrakon-owned infrastructure without written authorization, or using the service to directly compete with or commercially exploit Nyrakon’s infrastructure.
